Requirements​

• ShadowBot - This is an Addon for ShadowBot. All configuration is done through the web interface.
• Bot needs "Manage Events" permission for Discord Scheduled Event sync
• Birthdays addon (optional) for birthday integration on the calendar

Features​

• Visual Calendar Dashboard - A full monthly calendar grid in your web panel with color-coded event chips by type. Click any day to view or add events.
• Event Scheduling - Create one-time or recurring events with titles, descriptions, start/end times, and event types. Supports all-day and time-specific events. Recurring events auto-advance daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Custom Event Types - Define event types with custom names, colors, and emojis. Built-in types include Server Event, PvP, Boss Fight, Community, Raid, Wipe, and Maintenance — or create your own.
• Discord Scheduled Event Sync - Events automatically sync to Discord's native Scheduled Events. Updates, deletions, and recurring advances all reflected automatically.
• Event Notifications - Automatic alerts in a Discord channel before events start. Configure how many minutes in advance to notify.
• Birthday Integration - If the Birthdays addon is installed, birthdays appear as pink events on the calendar alongside regular events.
• Embedder Buttons - Add Calendar buttons to any Embedder message. Players can open a calendar menu, add events, or check today's and this week's schedule from Discord.
• Events List View - Searchable, filterable table of all events. Filter by event type or search by title. Edit or delete events directly from the table.
• Role-Based Access Control - Control who can view the calendar, manage events, or change settings. Assign permissions per Discord role.
• Dashboard Stats - Calendar summary widget showing total events, today's events, and upcoming events for the week.

Player / Community Highlights​

• Discord Scheduled Events appear automatically — no action needed from players
• Embedder buttons let players check today's or this week's events from Discord
• Players can add events via Discord modal (if Embedder Add Event button is configured)
• Birthday events visible on the calendar for the whole community
