There's a feeling that he doesn't write the plugins himself, but forces AI to write them, considering he started publishing them right when ChatGPT became popular. I do not recommend buying anything from him or interacting with him in any way.

This addon for ShadowBot is so easy to setup with the web interface. It will log transcripts to Discord with resolution summaries listed with each ticket and to the web interface for easy viewing. It lets players making tickets post screenshots with no issues. MEE6 was not consistently letting players post screenshots. Its also not laggy at all when players create tickets and when admins claim/close tickets. Well worth it and support from KillerDelta is awesome.
