Tribe Enforcer Ascended v1.11
Server API 1.15+ Required and Visual C++ 2022 Runtime Files Required

Allows using newest MySQL and MariaDB versions without modifying their SSL settings.
Disabled "pre-merging" tribes feature added back in v1.09 because it causes stability issue with tribe data now it seems.
This would attempt to merge tribes before a player transfers to the server based on known tribe ownership.
Only difference is the merge is triggered by the tribe owner joining the server now instead.

(no config changes since v1.09)
