Added a new EnableHandCannonProtection parameter to the DinoManagement section. When enabled, Hand Cannons will no longer be able to push dinosaurs or characters belonging to another tribe.

Added a new EnableDeadBoaProtection parameter to the EggsManagement section. When enabled, dead Titanoboas will no longer be able to eat eggs.
