Pelayori updated ASA Permissions with a new update entry:

1.03

Added 2 plugin callbacks so other plugins can know when a Player/Tribe has permission changes. This can be used instead of blindly polling for permission changes and only when something actually changes.

I'm running multiple maps. Should I separate the database for each map? (I assume EOS_ID won't be a problem, but is there a possibility of Tribe_ID conflicts?)

You can do that, but you can also use the same database for all the maps. It depends on your goal, the usual way is to use the same database for all maps of the same cluster.
