Permissions enables admins to set up and manage permission groups and ranks andlink specific permissions to those ranks.

Smaller suggestion.
A lot of us use timed permission to grant players some temporary privilege, for example I use it for increased rates for completing a quest.
To better automate this it would be nice if Permissions.AddTimed checked if the player is in the group, if not it would add them to the group for a certain amount of time, but if they are in the group already it would extend the time they are in the group for.

What is the "command" declaration for someone buying(adding) himself a group from a shop item?

"Permissions.Add {SteamID} <Group>" What is the exact declaration of 'SteamID' value for someone buying himself on a shop item and command binds his steamid to a specified group ?
