EnableFullPvE config option now enables PvE for EVERYONE on the map, timers continue ticking for active PvE players
Fixed an issue where Mating Cooldowns in Survival Settings would completely disable them if multiplier is less than 1.0x
Fixed an issue with time calculation when received from database
Fixed an issue with np_tribes displaying wrong data or not removing players if their timer does not match 30 seconds
