I use cyrrillics and when I send messages via mcrcon they don't show right.
Is it a plugin or I'm doing something wrong?

They should show right, this was tested with Chinese symbols, you may need to make sure that your RCON client actually supports cyrillic

FYI i was sending messages with ASA_Rcon (R0002)
